Processing Time Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Some items are made to order — check the product page for any notes on processing time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Free Shipping Orders over $30 ship FREE within the continental United States — no code needed! We'll automatically select the most cost-effective shipping option for your order.

Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow along every step of the way.

Shipping Timeframes (Continental US) Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. We are a small business and ship from Texas, so times may vary slightly by region.

P.O. Boxes We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. If you're ordering a larger or heavier item, we recommend using a physical address to avoid any delays.

International Orders We ship internationally! 🌍 International customers are responsible for all shipping costs at checkout, as well as any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country. Whipped Up Wonderful is not responsible for delays caused by customs. Please check with your local customs office if you have questions about potential fees before ordering.

Lost or Delayed Packages Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages. However, we are real humans who care — if something goes wrong, reach out and we'll do our best to help sort it out. 💕

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order! If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
