    The Fragrance
    You can choose from any fragrance already in the shop, or a custom scent. If there is a custom fragrance you want, there will be a one time $25 fee to get the fragrance in stock, if we are not able to make it in house. 
    Customization 
    Custom bath bombs can be one or two colors. Any combination of colors.
    You can also add botanicals or crystals for an additional fee. 
    Label
    We can team up on what the label will look like. We will print them in house, to keep costs down. Should you require professionally printed labels, we can get you the best price. 
    How Many
    We make our bath bombs in batches, either small or large - we make 2 small batches to make 2 color bath bombs, so the case size goes up when there are 2 colors.

    How to use

    Shipping

    Most items are ready to ship, however sometimes we need a few days to add to stock. Typically retail orders take 1-2 days to process before shipping. 

    We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS for shipping, using whatever is the most cost effective. Shipping varies by location, but typically falls between 2-4 days in transit after leaving our shop. 

    Return policy

    I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

    Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
    Ship items back to me within: 21 days of delivery
    Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
    *Please note wholesale orders have a different return policy.

    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    Custom or personalized orders
    Items on sale

    Conditions of return
    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

    Refunds: Refunds will be given on merchandise minus the shipping cost, regardless of free shipping promotions.
